Terms of Service

General Terms

  • Please be sure to read my terms of service before ordering a commission. By ordering a commission means you agree to my Terms of service.

  • My artistic style may have minor changes as I improve and develop as an artist.

  • If you’d like me to change anything when I’m still working on the Artwork, please let me know! I will not change anything once the Artwork is finished.

  • If you have a deadline, please let me know and I will do my best to finish the Artwork by then. If I’m not up to it, I will decline your order.

  • I'll update the Artwork progress from time to time so please keep in touch.

  • Completion of an Artwork requires 2 weeks (average) to 3 months or more depending on commission type, complexity and workload of commissions.

Payment

  • Full payment will be paid after I send a rough sketch of the commission.

  • I will not continue the commission until I receive the payment.

  • Payment via Paypal. I will send an invoice.

  • Once you’ve paid and I’ve started on the commission (continuing after the sketch) I will not refund the money and will complete the commission regardless. If you are not comfortable with this, please do not commission me.

  • I will only refund the money if I am unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances.

Copyrights

Artist Rights

  • I retain the original copyright and ownership of the Artwork, which includes but may not be limited to redistributing, reproducing, advertising, displaying the Artwork in my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion.

  • The process of the Artwork may be posted in my social media i.e. on Twitter and/or Instagram unless clients requests otherwise before work begins.

Client Rights

  • Client receive exclusive rights to use the Artwork produced as agreed upon, which must not be transferred to any other parties.

  • Clients may not claim the Artwork as their own and therefore must credit me as the artist using my socia tag/username/link (Twitter/Instagram @Seiraphyna).
